All of our iPhone cases are handmade. As such, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between items — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and not considered a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the full return process.

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Darkmuse and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Darkmuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
