Returns & Exchanges

Mystery means surprise. Returns are not accepted simply because a style, color, or design is not to your taste.

We’ll make it right if: your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or fewer than 70% of the expected pieces are present and usable.

Email support@darkmuse.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. An approved claim may receive replacement pieces, a partial refund, or another appropriate resolution. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
